A stay request sent through this website is an enquiry, not a booking. No payment is taken when you send it.

We reply personally with availability and a written quote. A booking is only confirmed once you accept the quote and we confirm receipt of the payment it requires.

Nightly rates are shown in US dollars (USD) and are indicative. The confirmed price, including any taxes, services, deposits or extras, is the one stated in your written quote.

Payment methods and the payment schedule are set out in your quote.

You may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before your check-in date. Any amount paid will be refunded in full.

Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are subject to the terms stated in your booking confirmation.

To cancel, email contact@casamani.com or call +1 (786) 980-8042. The cancellation date is the date we receive your request.

Arrival and departure times are agreed with your host and stated in your confirmation.

The number of guests may not exceed the number confirmed in your booking. Please treat the house, its contents and its neighbours with care; damage beyond normal use may be charged.

Each listing describes safety-relevant features of the property (for example pools, steps or island access). Guests are responsible for supervising children and for their own safety when using the house, pool and outdoor areas.

We take great care that descriptions and photos are accurate. Photos may show furnishings or views that vary with the season. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the stay, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
